TRIFEXTRA: WK 44

I've been out of the Trifecta loop for a while but I had some spare time today so I thought I would participate.

For the weekend challenge, we're asking you to write exactly 33 words about rebellion and/or revolt. Interpret it as you will, just keep it to 33 words.

I was in love. He lived many miles away. Everyone said long distance romances never work. I should have rebelled and not listened. Twenty-five years later, he’s a millionaire and I’m flat broke.

Haha! Maybe long distance would have been better if he would send money. ;) Glad to see you back Jeanna!

I agree with Lumdog. A little money would have been nice. Haha. Great post.

Tell yourself that he turned into a jerk, and that money isn't everything.

Flat broke is better off I guess.

Ha! Well, money does not always equal happiness. Maybe she'd better off?

Yep, that would be my luck. But he's probably an obnoxious jerk now, anyway :)

The money probably went to his head and now he's a jerk. Marry for money, you earn every dime.
