HOMEMADE JOY...

Warning, this is yummy but potent. Be careful!

I know I normally would post recipes on Tuesdays but I ran across this recipe and thought it was too good to pass up. I plan to try this soon.


HOMEMADE BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM

Blend the following ingredients well in a blender

3/4 to 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee
1 Cup Light Cream
1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

Refrigerate for 24 hours
Store in the refrigerator but not for longer than 30 days.
