We're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave...
We are. It's 9 degrees outside right now. But compared to the past few days of -2 and below, this is a heat wave.
On Christmas day, we were piled with 11 inches of snow. Kansas City isn't used to this much snow at once so the crews took forever to get the streets cleaned.
I hate being cooped up inside but Christmas weekend, we spent the entire weekend stuck in the house. Talk about going stir crazy.
Then last night, another couple of inches fell upon my world.
Daddeee got called in to work to shovel snow. Again. Poor guy hasn't had a weekend yet this season. And I miss my morning coffee buddy.
I'm so tired of the snow. And the cold.
Mother Nature, I beg of you.
