1 LB hamburger or ground turkey (cooked and seasoned to taste)
Add any of the following: corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, or any veggies that you like. I have kids so some veggies they won't eat. Add a can of diced tomatoes. I also add a beef bouillion cube for extra flavor. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until all the veggies are cooked. I add cabbage at the end in big chunks because that's how I like it.
I prefer to serve mine with corn bread or sometimes just bread and butter. It's a yummy meal on a cold, wet day!
